Juan Carlos brings more than 12 years of experience in Hewlett Packard, the largest IT company of the world where he has performed a variety of positions in the Engineering and Business Areas: Process Engineer, Product Engineer, Supply Chain Engineer, Business Manager, and Strategic Alliances Manager.
Juan Carlos has excellent communication skills in English, Spanish, and Portuguese. He has broad experience in cross-country and cross-functional project management, implementation of global outsourcing strategies to streamline supply chain capabilities, coordination for the start-up of a laser printer manufacturing company in Brazil, and negotiation of multi-million dollar contracts including business and intellectual property agreements.
Juan Carlos holds an MBA from the University of Phoenix and a Bachelor of Science in Electronic Engineering from the Instituto de Estudios Superiores de Occidente (ITESO). Juan Carlos is a Management Professional (PMP) certified by the Project Management
Institute (PMI) and is a certified coach by Center for Coaching Certification (CCC).
