Genaro is the founder of GTC and a bicultural business consultant with a proven track record of success. He has experience in diverse industries and works with organizations and executives in the United States and Latin America. Genaro has managed projects for companies like the Mexican Department for Social Development (SEDESOL), the Mexican Water Commission (CNA), Bicicletas de México, Hilos Timón, Mercedes Benz, Carl Zeiss, Cleanology, Bogaty, Precision Information, and Porsche Latin America.
His areas of expertise include: executive coaching, strategic planning, organizational development, systems thinking, planning approaches, operations improvement, implementation of quality assurance, and measurement systems. He has excellent analytical skills, and is completely oriented to the execution and achievement of results.
Genaro is a certified business coach from the Center for Coaching Certification (CCC), and has a certification in Sales and Business Development from the University of San Diego (USD). He holds a Master of Science in Systems Engineering and Planning (graduated with
Honors) from the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México (UNAM) and a
Bachelor of Science in Industrial Engineering from the same university.
He teaches Mathematics, Science, and other subjects at the San Diego Community College District (SDCCD), and is an active member of the American Society for Training and Development (ASTD). Genaro is also a karate instructor and has over 10 years of
experience teaching martial arts to groups at all levels. |
