We started operations in Mexico City in 2004, working with small and medium businesses to help them align their systems, and involving them in continuous improvement processes. In January 2008, we initiated operations in the United States and we are now based in San Diego, California, with an office in Guadalajara, Jalisco. Some of our clients include Mercedes Benz, Coldwell Banker, and Porsche.
Our main goal is to generate synergy with our clients, helping them improve their efficacy, efficiency, and effectiveness with the active collaboration of their team members. We believe that it is not enough to have the right people in the right positions; we also need to develop their capacity to achieve results.
