ABSTRACT
Nowdays, enterprises need reliable measuring instruments that allow them to obtain important information according to their needs. In this context, it is assumed that if an activity can be measured, then it can be improved. Therefore, this work is focused on the development of a methodology to identify the most critical area in a manufacturing and / or service company, line up its structures and obtain indicators that measure compliance with company's targets, based on its eficacy, efficiency, and efectiveness.
In addition, a Case Study was developed, in order to feedback the research and validates the proposed methodology. |
