ABSTRACT
Nowdays, manufacture enterprises need reliable measuring instruments that allow them to obtain important information about a specific area, according to their needs. In this context, it is assumed that if an activity can be measured, then it can be imporved. So this work is focused in the development of a methodology to obtain indicators of production, productivity, and competitiveness for the operation area in a manufacture enterprise. The proposed methodology was applied in Bicicletas de Mexico S.A. de C.V. to evaluate the advantages, limitations and future exploration lines. |
